This past Friday, Jay and I were lucky enough to attend Launch for Local, a fundraising benefit dinner for the Quality of Life chapter of Coastal Conservation League.The wonderful Lee Brothers, local chefs, cookbook authors and tremendous supporters of local food, cooked up a fantastic menu, with the help of Duvall Events.

The hors d’oeuvre table, featured some of our pink oyster mushrooms.
The menu was outstanding, and used ingredients sourced from in and around Charleston.
