Thought we’d show you a little bit of the process here at Rebecca Farms.
They start out pretty small, but you can recognize the tell-tale blue of pleurotus ostreatus – the Blue Oyster Mushroom.
They grow rapidly from this stage – you’ve heard of things “mushrooming over night,” right?
Within a few days, they’re almost ready.
In another day, they’re ready for harvest.
